Keel Get early access

Your proof, found and in order.

Add your emails, WhatsApp chats and bank statements. Keel puts them in date order and builds a sorted file for your lawyer, every line linked to the original.

Keel gives no legal advice. Your lawyer decides.

For a dispute with

  • A business or tradesperson
  • An insurer
  • An ex-partner
  • A landlord
  • An employer
  • Family, over an inheritance
  • The tax office

What you get

  • A sorted file for your lawyer

Dated, every line linked to the original. You pay your lawyer for advice, not for sorting.

  • Your records in date order

Emails, messages and payments on one timeline. Checking payments against your bank statements comes later.

  • Where your records and your memory differ

That's normal. Keel shows where, so you can tell your lawyer what you remember. They decide what it means.

Why not just use your AI tool?

Your AI tool is good for a letter, a question or a few files. Keel uses AI too, but it's built for thousands of messages your lawyer has to rely on.

Your AI tool Keel
Works within what fits in one chat or project. Keeps your whole WhatsApp and email exports in one case: thousands of messages.
Can get a date or a quote wrong; checking is up to you. Every line opens the original, so you and your lawyer can check it.
Works from your account of what happened. Shows where your records and your memory differ.
Leaves you to build the list for your lawyer. Gives your lawyer a dated list in PDF or Word, each item linked to its original.

How it works

  1. 1

Start with your lawyer, or on your own

If you have a lawyer, they invite you. If not, you'll pick your type of dispute.

  2. 2

    Add your records

Export your email and WhatsApp chats, and add statements and documents as files, exactly as they are.

  3. 3

    Share it with your lawyer

A sorted file in PDF or Word, every line linked to the original.

Before you add anything

  • Only add records you're entitled to have: your own accounts, and messages sent to you or by you.
  • Add them exactly as they are. Don't edit or crop a screenshot.
  • Keep everything, including messages that don't help you.
  • Keel is for a dispute you're part of, not for building a file on someone.

Your records are the most private thing you own.

No real records go into Keel until all of these are in place, in writing. Once they are, early access starts with files you choose to add.

  • Hosted in Switzerland or the EU, with the provider named in writing.
  • Only the people you choose, and the services that run Keel, will see your records.
  • Your records will never be used to train AI models.
  • Deleted when the case is closed, after you and your lawyer have your copies. Your originals stay where they are.
  • A written review by an independent lawyer.
