The case evidence app for law firms

Your client adds their own emails, WhatsApp chats and bank statements. You get a dated timeline, the other side's filing point by point, and a numbered exhibit list, every fact linked to its source. Without the sorting.

20 minutes by video, in English, on a sample case.

The lawyer decides. Keel gives no legal advice.

Firm position

The sorting your fees can't carry.

Clients arrive with hundreds of screenshots, thousands of emails and a USB stick. Someone at the firm sorts it by hand. Clients don't want to pay for those hours, and a fixed or capped fee can't absorb them.

Less sorting at the firm. The client's records reach you dated, numbered and linked to the originals. I think those are the hours you write off today. Tell me if I'm wrong.

A calmer client. Your client arrives with their records in date order. The first meeting starts on the case, not the pile.

Your team decides what matters

Keel suggests a column for each card: key evidence, supporting, check with client, weakens our position, not relevant. Your team moves it. Each card carries its exhibit number and the points it bears on.

How it works

  1. 1 Your firm

    Set up the case

Pick the case type. Someone at your firm will check the questions before your client sees any. Deadlines and legal points stay on your side.

  2. 2 Your client

    Adds their records

Email and WhatsApp exports, bank statements and documents, as files. They say where each one came from.

  3. 3 Your firm

    Gets the file

A dated timeline, the other side's filing point by point with the exhibits that bear on it, and a numbered exhibit list in PDF or Word.

The right questions, before your client starts.

For each type of case, I'm writing the checklist a lawyer starts from: the records to ask for and the questions to put. A lawyer who practises in that field will review and approve each one before any firm uses it. You'll adjust it for the case, then invite your client. Keel will match what they add against it and show what's missing.

First live cases: separation and divorce. Next: employment, tenancy, inheritance, insurance claims and tax disputes. The sample case on this page is an employment case.

LaterYour own templates and exhibit numbering beside Keel's checklists. They stay yours: never used for another firm, never used to build Keel's checklists.
