Who is responsible. This website is run by Brent Milliken, trading as Milliken Frontier Advisory, at the address above. For any privacy question, write to hello@brentmilliken.com.
What I collect. Only what you choose to send me: your name, email, company and message when you email me. If you book a call, the booking page is run by Google (Google Calendar), which collects the name and email you enter to set up the meeting. This site has no analytics and no cookies, and no forms of its own. If you switch between light and dark, that choice is kept in your own browser and never sent to me. The website host records basic technical data, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
Keel. Keel is an app concept I am developing under Milliken Frontier Advisory. The Keel pages link to two short forms run by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium), which stores the answers in the EU on my behalf. Law firms can ask for a demo or a call: name, firm, role, practice areas, roughly how many dispute cases the firm opens a year if you wish, email, phone if you wish, and times that suit you. People with a dispute can ask for early access: email, country, what kind of dispute it is and where it stands, and a few questions about your lawyer, including, if you choose, the name of their firm. Please don't name anyone else in these forms. I use the answers only to arrange the call, to invite you when early access opens and, if you agree, to tell your lawyer's firm about Keel, and I delete them when they are no longer needed for that, or sooner if you ask. Why I use it. To answer you, to provide the services you ask for, and to run and protect this website. I don't use your data for automated decisions or profiling.
Who sees it. I don't sell your data or share it for advertising. A few service providers process it on my instructions: website hosting (Vercel Inc., in the United States), the Keel forms (Tally BV, in Belgium), email and accounting. The fonts are served from this site, so your visit is not shared with a font service. Where a provider is outside Switzerland, I rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it. Only as long as the purpose needs, or as Swiss law requires (accounting records, for example, are kept for ten years). Then it is deleted.
Your rights. You can ask me what data I hold about you, and ask me to correct it, delete it or limit how it's used. Write to hello@brentmilliken.com, or for Keel to keel@brentmilliken.com. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes. I may update this notice. The current version is always on this page.
